He was previously Chair of the Board of Directors of the British Parking Association (2014-22). Nigel chairs the international Alliance for Parking Data Standards (APDS) and previously chaired the Smarter Parking Group of the UK Department for Transport’s Transport Technology Forum. He plays a leading role in the development of the UK National Parking Platform. He co-founded Parking Associates in 2002 and launched Parking Matters in 2008. Nigel regularly speaks on the topic of parking and mobility at events in Europe, North America and the Middle East. He was awarded a Lifetime Achievement Award at the British Parking Awards in 2019. Nigel has oversight of all PML’s commissions and ensures that all our clients have the benefit of our multidisciplinary approach and knowledge of international best practice.
Gordon’s 35 years in the parking sector have provided him with extensive experience in business development, asset and operational management.

Before joining PML, Gordon held senior positions in NCP, managing the company’s estate and acquisitions, and overseeing the outsourcing of the company’s property function. He works with PML’s clients to develop parking management strategies that optimise the operational and financial performance of their parking assets. Gordon has a deep understanding of the conflicting priorities of retailers, tenants, residents and other key stakeholders. He specialises in property and city centre management, including pricing policies, operational procedures, as well as leasing and development agreements. He has developed bespoke parking strategies for numerous UK local authorities. Our clients appreciate his pragmatic approach and the significant additional value generated by implementing those strategies. Gordon developed many of the pricing policies and operational procedures now considered best practice and has a deep understanding of the often-conflicting priorities and desires of retailers, tenants, and residents when developing new parking strategies.

He has over 20 years’ experience in the sector. Before joining PML, he served as UK MD and then Group Product Manager for international parking equipment supplier, WPS. He led the development of their e-payment systems, integrated validation systems, and on and off-street parking control and enforcement solutions. Keith served on the APDS Board of Directors and was lead author of the APDS Use Case documentation. He plays a key role in the development of the National Parking Platform. He is a member of the BPA’s Technology, Innovation and Research Board and has made numerous presentations at conferences and seminars in Europe and the Middle East.

Andrew has 25 years’ experience in the parking sector both as a policymaker and operator. He worked in local government before joining the private sector.

He brings wide experience of on and off-street parking operations, business development, managing contractual relationships, and of managing low margin multi-site service businesses with a significant degree of public scrutiny and accountability. He has served on the European Parking Association Awards Jury.

His skills in stakeholder engagement and consultation can effectively communicate complex information to decision-makers. He has significant cross-discipline experience managing public sector projects.
Kirsty has extensive knowledge of parking service design and implementation and advises on all aspects of compliance management.

She is a BPA Council member and she sits on the BPA Professional Development and Standards Board and the advisory panel for the development of the BPA Mentoring scheme. With 20 years of experience in the parking industry, Kirsty has carried out service reviews, procurement projects, and delivered training in procedural best practice to parking managers, notice processing teams, and CEOs from a wide range of local authorities. Kirsty was involved in the development of the parking qualifications and has been delivering them for over 15 years. She specialises in parking management reviews, service benchmarking, consultations, and contract preparation and procurement.
Mary has over 13 years experience in the parking industry. A Prince2 qualified Project Manager having spent many years implementing phone payment services.
